Robert cornwell
Robert is a mortgage broker and the person behind Performance Finance. He is passionate about property and has specialized in investment property finance and owner occupied lending over the last 9 years but has been investing in property himself for more than 20 years. Now living on the gorgeous Sunshine Coast, Rob’s aim is to assist his clients achieve their dreams and goals. He is here to help purchase your dream home, whether it’s for your first home, next investment, development, commercial or business loan.
BRENDAN JORDAN
Brendan has recently joined the Performance Finance team and has been a mortgage broker for 10 years. He is a broker who gets a kick out of helping people into a better place than they were and is an advocate of the role of the mortgage broker in the banking and finance system. Brendan is here to help people get into property which is possibly the biggest thing that they will ever do financially so he makes sure clients are set up with the lending and banking solutions that benefits their needs best.
KIRSTEN PERRETT
Kirsten has a background in customer service with experience in the specialised personal small lending industry and has now been a mortgage broker for over 3 years. The opportunity and challenges of guiding and assisting clients to making their dreams of purchasing their dream home or investment property a reality is her passion.
